BeautyFusionClau is an independent nail artist studio based in Sarasota, Florida (ZIP 34237 and surrounding service area). We operate by appointment only and accept bookings primarily through WhatsApp and Instagram direct message.

For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", or "our" refers to BeautyFusionClau. "You" refers to anyone visiting beautyfusionclau.com or contacting us through any of our channels.

Information you give us directly. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive your phone number (or Instagram handle), your name if you share it, and the content of your message. That is the entirety of our direct collection.

Information collected automatically. Like every website on the internet, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records anonymized server logs — IP address, browser type, page visited, and timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained briefly and never linked to a specific person by us.

What we do not collect. We do not collect your home address, payment information (we do not process payments online), date of birth, government identifiers, or any "sensitive" data category under Florida or U.S. federal law. There is no contact form on this site. Anything you tell us, you tell us actively, on a channel you chose.

The information you share with us is used only for these purposes:

• Responding to your booking requests and questions.
• Confirming and scheduling your appointment.
• Following up after your appointment, if you have already been a client.
• Understanding, in aggregate, how visitors use our website (only when analytics is enabled — see Section 04).

We do not use your information for advertising on third-party platforms unless you explicitly consent.

Hosting — Cloudflare Pages. This site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect basic request metadata (IP address, request headers) as a normal part of serving the site and protecting against attacks. Their practices are documented at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Typography — Google Fonts. We load the Outfit and Playfair Display typefaces from Google's font CDN. When your browser requests a font, Google's servers may log your IP address. We use this only for typography — no Google account is involved on our side.

WhatsApp & Instagram links. When you click a "Book on WhatsApp" or "Instagram" button, you leave our site and enter Meta's platforms. Any conversation there is governed by Meta's privacy practices, not ours.

Cookies. This website does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. We may add anonymous analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) and conversion measurement (such as Meta Pixel) in the future to better understand how visitors find and use our work. If we do, we will update this policy with the effective date and offer you a clear way to decline.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold any information about you.
• Provide a copy of that information.
• Correct any inaccuracies.
• Delete it permanently.
• Stop using it for any purpose.

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with specific data rights (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, or similar), the rights above apply to you in full.

This site and our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may revise this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, new tools we adopt, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our home page for at least thirty days before taking effect.
